What you get for free

Everything you need for intermittent fasting. Nothing that distracts you.

  • Eleven fasting templates

From 16:8 through 18:6 and 20:4 to OMAD, plus 36 and 48 hours and an extended fast. You choose in the settings which templates appear in quick access.

  • One tap to start

Tap to start, tap to stop. Forgot to tap? Correct the start and end later in your history.

  • Signal timeline

Along your fast, Still shows what research typically describes for each fasting duration, such as falling insulin or rising ketone bodies. This is an estimate based on fasting time, not a measurement of you and not a medical claim. You choose how detailed the explanations are: silent, relevant or detailed.

  • Glucose ketone index

In expert mode you enter glucose and ketone readings from your own meter. Still calculates the glucose ketone index (GKI) and shows it in your history and statistics. Once you have measured, the fasting phases follow your readings instead of the clock alone.

  • History and statistics

Every fast in your history, plus statistics for 7, 30 or 90 days, this year, 12 months or a custom range. You decide when a fast counts as longer or as an extended fast.

  • Fasting with buddies

Invite friends and see who is fasting right now. Nothing is shared until you have both agreed, and you can pause sharing at any time.

  • Reminders

If you like, Still sends a notification, for example when you reach your fasting goal or when you have not started a timer after eating.

  • With Claude or ChatGPT

Through your Vitalli account you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to Still and ask it about your fast. You always start your first fast yourself in Still.

  • Your data, your export

In the settings you download everything Still stores about you as a file. That is also where you delete your account.

  2. Consent and read the note

You agree to the processing of your fasting data and confirm a short safety note once before your first fast.

  3. Pick a template and tap

Pick 16:8, for example, and tap start. Still keeps count and shows when you reach your fasting goal.

Try it first, no account needed

The fasting calculator shows when your eating window opens and closes for 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD and more, and puts the times into your calendar if you like. Everything is calculated in your browser.

Before you fast

With diabetes, insulin, SGLT2 inhibitors, gout, pregnancy, an eating disorder, or under 18: fast only under medical supervision.

Spotting low blood sugar. Trembling, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or vision problems while fasting can be signs of low blood sugar. Break the fast then and eat something rich in carbohydrates. If you take insulin or blood-sugar-lowering medication, fast only under medical supervision.
